Welcome Kits ship August 2026. Family-tier reorders ship monthly starting September. Inner Circle backers receive samples in July.
What if Cuddle-Kin doesn't launch?
Full refund within 14 days, automatically. We've already secured the manufacturing partner.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes — email us anytime before July 2026 and we'll upgrade you and credit the difference.
Does the lifetime discount apply to subscriptions?
Yes. Your founding-parent discount applies to every reorder — one-time, bundles, or subscription — for life.
When is my card charged?
Today, but if we don't deliver by October 2026 you get a full refund. Stripe handles all payments.
